The Road and Bridge Benefit Districts are established to provide funding for the cost of road and bridge improvements to an established area of benefit. The District fees are assessed on new development projects. There are four(4) Road and Bridge Benefit Districts in Riverside County administered by the Transportation Department and they are: Southwest; Mira Loma; Menifee Valley; and Scott Road.
